CA. P.D. Rungta is the Managing Partner of the firm. He qualified as Chartered Accountant and is associated with the firm since 1992. He successfully completed certification course on Computer Assisted Audit Techniques , Concurrent Audit of Banks and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by ICAI.

He was elected to Eastern India Regional Council for two consecutive terms 2010-13 and 2013-16

He regularly contributes Articles to magazines published by prominent professional bodies like Direct Tax Professionals Association, VIP Road Chartered Accountants etc. He has developed a Google group – “forum4ca” wherein more than 15,000 people interact on the common platform and discuss various issues related to the profession. He is an active member of eminent professional bodies like Direct Tax Professionals Association, Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives, Views Exchange, Accountants Library, Bhartiya Vitta Salahkar Samity (W.B), VIP Road Chartered Accountants Association, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. He is engaged with a number of social organisations like Lions Club, Rotary Club. He is also the life member of All India Marwari Federation , Purvanchal Nagrik Samity, business organizations like TIE, RMB and BNI, and professional organizations like Calcutta Chamber of Commerce.
